VOA Spanish: Panama denies violating international laws in case of US deportees

Panama has already begun the transfer to Darien of a portion of those deported from the United States. The canal country expressed that the reciprocity measure with the U.S. seeks to avoid a bottleneck of these people in their transit through Central America.
